H.C. Brill Confectionery Plant Project
This design of a 100,000-square foot food processing plant
in Pleasant View, Utah, features process, warehouse and distribution operations for H.C. Brill, a wholesale producer of
bakery products. Processing included eight production lines for frostings,
fillings and glazes. These products are for the wholesale market targeting
major food producers.
CEI responsibilities included Process, Refrigeration and Material Flow.

CEI’s design includes a central ammonia refrigeration plant with an expansion
potential to 1200 tons. The system is complete with ice builders, pumps and piping.
The facility design accommodates an anticipated future expansion to quadruple the plant size. |
