3A Dairy Project
| CEI works with 3A dairy standards not only on milk and milk related projects, but also uses 3A standards in specifying work in other processes such as fruit and vegetable puree systems, confectionary processes and meat and poultry (USDA) facilities. |

In the final design of the milk and cheese making process, PMO (Pasteurized Milk Ordinance) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (FDA) is used.
The PMO covers standards such as Grade “A” raw milk for pasteurization, ultra-pasteurization or aseptic processing.

Over the years, CEI has developed installation standards that meet or exceed the 3A and PMO requirements. These standards not only meet compliance but also meet economical installation methods.
